Famous journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick is set to officially sign a new contract with the club.

The new deal runs until June 2028 and includes an option to extend for a further year, until June 2029 — meaning Flick will remain in charge at Camp Nou for at least three more seasons.
The agreement was finalized with his agent, Pini Zahavi, who remained in Barcelona to iron out the contract details. All terms have been completed.
